Our Pricing:

• Work transcribed for clients designated as "General", not using transcriptionists trained, experienced and qualified to do Legal work, will be charged at the rate of 1.25 cents per word.
  
  
• Work transcribed which involves the transcription of recorded conversations, interviews, seminars, conference calls, or anything which is not actual single-person dictation, no matter how many people are involved, will be charged at the rate of 2.0 cents per word.
  
  
• There will be a minimum per-job charge of $1.25 for "General" transcription and $2.00 for "Multi-person" transcription. In other words, there will be a one hundred word minimum per job.
  
  
• The charges for all work will be based on the final word count of the completed document as generated by the word processing software "word count" feature. There will be no special treatment of words derived from templates incorporated into a job.
